“In a (maybe not so) strange way, reading your book has also helped me to process the death of my sister last year. I could relate to your explanations of the stages of grief and feel somehow validated for how I’ve been affected.”

“Love Beyond Loss” is a rare and deeply needed contribution to the world of pet grief, spiritual connection, and healing. I had the privilege of witnessing its heart, honesty, and clarity from the inside out — and I can say without hesitation that this book fills a gap that has existed for far too long.
This guide brings together topics that are often whispered about privately but rarely explored openly, compassionately, and all in one place. It addresses the emotional landscape of pet loss, the subtle and powerful signs animals send from spirit, and the enduring, unbreakable bond between humans and their beloved companions. The author approaches each subject with sensitivity, grounded wisdom, and a deep respect for the reader’s grief journey.
What makes Love Beyond Loss truly stand out is its ability to validate experiences that many people feel but struggle to articulate. It offers language for the moments of connection that happen after a pet has passed — the flicker of recognition, the dream that feels more like a visit, the sudden sense of presence that brings comfort when it’s needed most. Rather than dismissing these experiences, the book embraces them as meaningful, healing, and profoundly real.
The content is both practical and soulful. It guides readers through understanding their grief, recognizing signs from their animals in spirit, and rebuilding a sense of connection that transcends physical boundaries. Every chapter feels like a gentle hand on the shoulder, reminding readers that love does not end at loss — it simply changes form.
For anyone navigating the heartbreak of losing a cherished animal, Love Beyond Loss offers not just insight, but genuine solace. It is a compassionate companion, a source of validation, and a beautifully written reminder that the relationships we form with our animals continue in ways that are both mysterious and deeply comforting.
This book is long overdue, and I’m grateful it now exists for all who need it.

“Things I Couldn’t Possibly Have Known”
What happens when an animal shares something that no one else could possibly know?
In this short collection of true stories from my animal communication work, I share five remarkable experiences where animals revealed details, memories and messages that surprised their guardians and left them asking, “How could you possibly have known that?”
Each story has been shared with permission or carefully anonymised to protect privacy, while preserving the incredible moments of connection between animals and the people who love them.
A fascinating glimpse into the world of animal communication, this booklet invites you to explore the possibility that our animals have far more to share with us than we ever imagined.
Available when you subscribe to my monthly letter “Whispers from the Animals“.

“My Death and my Life; written by Digby, the Dog.”
The world of animal communication has given me a remarkable insight into the way animals experience their lives, and the way they experience us. Over the years, I have discovered that the things we humans often believe matter most to our animals are, quite often, of little importance to them. And conversely, the seemingly ordinary moments—the ones we barely notice—can hold the deepest meaning in an animal’s world.
I wrote this book to offer a glimpse into that world. Through Digby’s eyes, I hope you will experience how animals interpret the people and events around them; what brings them joy, what worries them, how they experience physical and emotional pain, and, perhaps most importantly, how they experience love, connection, and the profound comfort of belonging to a family.
Although Digby is a fictional character, every experience, emotion, and insight woven into his story has been inspired by real animal communication sessions from my years of working with animals. His story is, in many ways, a collection of theirs.
My hope is that, by seeing the world through Digby’s eyes, you may come away with a deeper understanding of the animals who share our lives—and perhaps see your own beloved companions in a new and beautiful light.
